Get to know Dr. Craig

I am the youngest of two sons; my mother a psychologist and father a lawyer, so I like to think that makes me a pretty grounded and centered middle of the road kind of guy, or confused as heck! One of the two, anyway. :) I have been married for 15 years and have one son who is 8 years old and my pride and joy. I like to joke that it's good he got his mama's brains because he sure got his daddy's looks since he is the spitting image of me when I was a boy! You probably guessed that I have a sense of humor too! Other members of my family are my two little whippet puppies (Keera & Chloe) who are also my pride and joy; the "girls" are just adorable.

I love to boat and water ski, wakeboard, etc. My wife likes to say we are water people since we grew up around lakes and rivers. Athletics and physical activity (running and weight lifting) have been very important all my life, although I must admit not always as consistently as I would like. About 5-6 years ago I was able to lose about 50-60 pounds using the principles in Daily Dose of PositivityTM and practicing what I preach.

My passion and purpose in life is to help out, encourage, and bring positivity to others. I thank you and welcome the opportunity to connect with you and help you create a life worth living too. Best wishes for your life filled with Positivity.

All my best,

Dr. Craig
